Family Portraits Art History Secondary
The art history students were given a task to create a power point, essay, and enlarged photograph of their family members. They were introduced to photographers such as: Mathew Brady, Man Ray, Andres Serrano, Cindy Sherman, and Diane Arbus. The idea was for the students to take home the knowledge they learned in class and share it with their family. They were to write a narrative essay of 500 words to describe their experience. Additionally, they were to present a power point in front of the class. The students were required to present by wearing a "toga" those that presented received and "A" for final grade.
