Set a goal of Friday May 2, 2014 to complete your videos.
-Presentation sign ups will be from Monday May 5- Friday May 16, 2014
-THE VIDEO SHOULD CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:
-2-4 minute video containing shadows, and found music (washing machine, airplanes, sirens, baby crying etc.)
-You can also sing in the video (optional but recommended)
-you can include family members and friends in production of the video
"WHAT IS DRAWING AND HOW CAN WE INCORPORATE THE ACT /ESSENCE OF DRAWING WITHOUT ACTUALLY DRAWING A PICTURE WITH TRADITIONAL TOOLS LIKE PENCILS/PENS/BRUSHES
ACTUAL PRESENTATION:
-You must wear a toga during your presentation and introduction of your video to get full credit.
-Prior to showing the video you must give a brief description of your process:
-inspiration, ideas, direction
-where did you find the found sounds/how did the element of chance enter into your video process?
-what did you learn about yourself during this video, what can you carry with you to other creative endeavors
-do shadows have feelings
-what is your definition of drawing?
DRAWING CLASSES CAN ALSO USE PETS IN THERE VIDEOS (refer to the painting and art history class rubric for complete information.
